If you’ve ever wished your AI would behave like a reliable teammate, this tutorial is for you. The video walks you through how Claude Skills let you embed reusable context and workflows so the AI gives more consistent, higher-value output. I tried this myself, and honestly, once you enable Skills, things get calmer, even a little fun.

Start here. Skills are not on by default. You enable them in Claude’s Settings under Capabilities (look for Skills Preview). From there you can create a skill three ways: use Claude’s guided “create a skill together” flow, write the instructions yourself, or upload an existing skill. Each approach has its place, depending on how hands-on you want to be.

Why Skills matter. Think of a Skill as a reusable mini-employee, trained to follow a workflow and return outputs in a predictable format. Contrast that with Projects, which are great for one-off campaigns or context-specific work, but not for broad, repeatable tasks. The difference felt obvious when I built a conversion-focused copywriting review Skill for an agency workflow, it handled headline critique, CTAs, value props, and pricing page checks without me repeating background every time.

The video even shows Claude generating the skill structure and markdown files, which you can edit without being technical. A strong Skill includes frameworks, scoring rules, and an output template, not just vague advice. Then comes the real work, iteration. The creator suggests a 10-step loop: understand the problem, explore failures, research, synthesize, draft, self-critique, iterate, test, and finalize. I went through that loop twice and saw clear gains.

Und dann kommt Iteration: Das Tutorial empfiehlt einen 10-Schritte-Prozess von Problemverständnis bis Testen und Finalisieren. Nach zwei Iterationsrunden waren die Ergebnisse deutlich besser.
