That shift doesn’t just save time. It flips the entire structure of how organizations work.

For years, companies operated like tall office buildings. Knowledge lived on different floors. It moved slowly through elevators called “management layers.” AI turns that building into an open space. Information moves instantly. No waiting. No bottlenecks.

But here’s the uncomfortable part. Most companies are still acting like the old building exists.
